MY APPROACH
As a career coach for marketers, I combine my marketing knowledge and several coaching methodologies (cognitive behavioural coaching/ABCDE model and the GROW model) with a sincere, approachable, and compassionate style (my coachees' words, not mine), ensuring that my clients feel supported, understood, and truly helped to take action and make decisions throughout the coaching journey.
I like to say that my coaching interventions are about 'teaching people how to fish', not handing them whichever types of "fish" I think they need.
This is so you’re equipped with the necessary knowledge and the mindset needed to manage the various career challenges you will encounter in your future, long after our coaching interventions have ended.
Using the methodologies mentioned above, we focus on developing problem-solving skills and a forward-looking mindset, before brainstorming solutions and identifying the practical set of actions that need to be taken. From then on, it's about accountability and supporting you in implementing the next steps and making tangible changes.
